This monitor is a terrific value if you are looking for a 21" monitor that is not a widescreen style.Contrast, brightness, and viewing angle compares favorably to monitors costing hundreds of dollars more. I have not had any trouble in the first few months I have owned it and I will purchase another one for work.2 years later the monitor died (would not come on, no light).I sent it in for warranty service since it had a 3-year warranty.I had to pay the shipping to California. I will be without my monitor for 6 weeks minimum.How could it possibly take so long to determine that the monitor is dead, fix it or send me a replacement?
