I looked online for a few days looking for the absolute best deal on LCD screen monitors. I was tempted to get a "generic" brand for less, because they had somewhat good customer reviews, but this monitor from Samsung just kept calling my name... I searched many sites trying to find consumer reviews before buying, but I couldn't manage to find any. Regardless, I decided to go ahead and purchase this from Amazon, knowing that I have the option to return it in case it wasn't up to my expectations. What can I say... I was pleasantly surprised when I opened it and got it set up and running. No dead pixels whatsoever, the screen is very bright, but not tiring on the eyes, the resolution is great, the weight and size are perfect, it is exactly what I was looking for! The 17" screen is also just perfect, not too small, not too big, just right!
I do highly recommend this monitor. I wanted to post this review for buyers out there considering purchasing it, but passing it because of lack of reviews: Buy it! - You won't be disappointed!
