I have deployed over ten of these monitors and they all work fine. Basic monitor without any bells and whistles. Screen is bright and colors pop.The reviewer that posted about the blurry pic is having a technical issue not related to the product.You have to set your computer's resolution to the "native" resolution of your monitor which for this montior is 1366x768.Most people think you can just unplug an old monitor and connect a new one but that is not correct. In their review they stated they had a CRT monitor which is not widescreen and therefore their resolution is probably 1024x768 which is probably causing their issue.
Buy with confidence as these monitors have a three year warranty.I have purchased Acer monitors that required warranty service (they were almost three years old and were on non-stop).The warranty process is pretty straight forward.Go to Acer's warranty site, fill out your information, ship the monitor to a repair center (Texas in my case) and receive the monitor back repaired in about a week.
