Easy to install - used only one USB connection on my recent built machine, older machines may require 2 USB for additional power.Software installed without problems on Win7 and has auto updated since install.Resolution - as advertised.Results is a relatively small image but that's ok.
Brightness - adequate.
Usefulness - good for displaying real-time component status during full screen gaming (if you've overclocked and are a little concerned about cooking your CPU like me).Also nice for monitoring status of aux programs like teamspeak while using the main monitor for gaming.
Issues - It occasionally freaks with my desktop icons - seems to be stable now, but I've had to fix the arrangement twice - not a big problem but annoying.Cost - it's pretty steep for such a small monitor but I knew that going in and the size is perfect for the available space on my desk.
