Bought a Hannspree 25" television.The remote stopped working after a couple of days.The screen went dark, and after a couple of weeks would occasionally go completely black, requiring me to have to get up (since the remote didn't work) and power cycle the TV. Long story short, Hannspree was rude and unhelpful.The customer service person acted like I was an inconvenience to him.
And best of all, despite that it was only a few weeks old and clearly were manufacturing defects, the company wanted me to pay to ship it to them for repair.
I'll never buy from this company again, and urge you all not to do so as well.
